These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, services, and digital courses provided by Enlightened Hand. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to access this site or have explicit parental or guardian consent. By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement under applicable Indian law. 3. Course Access and Intellectual Property •Upon purchase, you will receive access to the corresponding training materials, which are for personal use only. •All videos, texts, graphics, and content are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Enlightened Hand. •Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of course content is strictly prohibited. 4. Payments and Refunds •Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. •All sales are final unless stated otherwise. Refunds will not be issued once course access has been granted. •Enlightened Hand is not responsible for delays or errors arising from the payment gateway. 5. Limitation of Liability •All training is conducted at your own risk. •You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and medically fit to train. •Enlightened Hand is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training, whether online or offline. 6. Weapons and Safety Disclaimer •Modules do feature demonstrations with training weapons. •You are solely responsible for adhering to local, state, and national laws regarding the possession, carrying, and use of weapons. •All practice must be conducted with caution and under appropriate supervision, especially with bladed tools. •Enlightened Hand does not encourage or condone illegal possession or use of arms, and any instructional use is strictly for educational and training purposes within the legal limits of the Indian Arms Act, 1959. 7. Responsible Use •You agree not to use any of the techniques taught in the course for unlawful, aggressive, or harmful purposes. •You agree to practice with respect and self-control, and to ensure your training environment is safe and appropriate. 8. Instructor Interaction •Enlightened Hand courses are designed for self-paced learning. Limited interaction with the instructor may be available via email or additional coaching options (when offered). •Personalised training is subject to separate fees and terms. 9. Termination of Access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: •Violate these terms •Misuse the content •Engage in illegal or harmful behavior using the techniques taught No refunds will be issued upon such termination. 10. Modifications to Terms We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the site with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. 12. Order Processing Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
